TRANSFORMATION/GENDER

One of the "quirks" of Ibuki / Moravia's genetics besides a multitude of psychic nonsense is the ability to switch forms at will between a man (Ibuki) and a woman (Moravia). They're the same character with the same personality and view themselves as one person where the different gender forms are simply different aspects of the same being. What pronouns are used depends on which form is being used - I'll write he/him for Ibuki and she/her for Moravia, and they'll refer to each form appropriately themselves.

Ibuki/Moravia is extremely vague as a habit and very rarely explicitly confirms that Ibuki and Moravia are the same person in a way that can't be misunderstood and doesn't often go out of their way to make sure people understand that. They change forms based on mood and will occasionally do so mid-conversation when people look away (or while they're looking, it depends). It's entirely possible to have CR with Ibuki or Moravia specifically and to get confusing responses about their connection because that's just how they roll, but they will reference conversations had with the other form often and say things like "a promise with [Ibuki/Moravia] is a promise with me" or "It's me for now". They're not hiding the fact they're the same person, but they consistently don't see it as an important difference and so simply don't go out of their way to confirm it.

Ibuki and Moravia may switch forms in gen conversations and scenes as they feel like it, but I will not have them switch during smut unless specifically asked to do so or if we've planned it. Please feel free to request I use whichever form if you have some preference, for smut or gen both. PMs are open!

HISTORY

Genetically engineered and raised initially in a lab, Ibuki / Moravia broke out as a child while also freeing another child in the same situation. They're from a canon where the basic premise is humanity is living in colonies and the outside environment is entirely hostile. Ibuki / Moravia is the result of genetic experiments to try to make humans able to survive in the environment after scientists gave up on trying to make the environment liveable again. Ibuki / Moravia lives in an abandoned colony, Tau, alongside other sentient vectors and the more animalistic vectors.

PERSONALITY

Ibuki / Moravia has extremely weird views on humanity, vectors (monsters in canon), and morality and can absolutely be very extreme and scary...but for the most part Ibuki / Moravia does their own thing at their own pace and is just as affable to their friends as their enemies. They do not see themselves as human as their genetics...aren't, but they're something more like a vector instead. Ibuki / Moravia is fairly considerate of others despite having no less than three endings where humanity is destroyed at their hand (help me) and they're also very, very prone to being vague and speaking in ways that can be misconstrued although it doesn't seem to be on purpose so much as by nature.

ABILITIES

transformation;
The ability to switch between gender forms at will. When a man he goes by Ibuki, when a woman he goes by Moravia. However, they'll both probably answer to the other's name if called for.

psychokinesis;
Ibuki / Moravia is an incredibly powerful psychic with abilities that include telekinesis, psychic blasts apparently, boosting physical skills such as running/jumping/etc.

genetics;
In addition to the above talents, genetic engineering has caused Ibuki / Moravia to be able to go wander around in highly polluted areas without any negative effects and apparently has given them extremely good night vision.
